These Terms govern your use of FIVO, an AI photoshoot app operated by Yuno Lab Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using FIVO, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 and using FIVO for a business purpose.
FIVO sells credits, which are used when you generate images. Uploading photos is free. Payments are handled by third-party payment service providers; we do not store your card or bank details. Prices are shown before you buy and include applicable taxes.
Credits and payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your account.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service and produce your results. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, including any brand, logo or product shown in it.
You may use the images FIVO generates for any lawful purpose, including commercial use such as product listings, advertising and social media. No separate licence or approval from us is needed.
Generated images include models, poses and backgrounds from FIVO's own catalogue. You may use these as part of the images generated for you, but you may not extract, resell or separately license them.
AI systems can produce similar results for different users. We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, and we do not guarantee they meet the listing or advertising rules of any marketplace you publish them on. Checking that is your responsibility.
You must not use FIVO to upload or generate content that infringes someone else's rights, misrepresents a product, depicts an identifiable person without consent, or is unlawful, deceptive, sexually explicit or hateful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.
If FIVO generates something you find offensive or inappropriate, tell us at privacy@getfivo.com and we will review it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of FIVO, and we may update these Terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by message.
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use FIVO unlawfully. On termination, your right to use FIVO ends immediately.
FIVO is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or sales.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
