FIVO is an AI photoshoot app operated by Yuno Lab Private Limited. You upload a photo of a garment or accessory and FIVO generates images of a model wearing it. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using FIVO, you agree to it.
To generate your images, run your account, process payments, provide support, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We never use your photos to train AI models. Your uploads and the images FIVO generates are used only to produce your results and show them back to you.
We keep your images for as long as your account exists, so your shoots stay available to you. They are deleted when you delete them or delete your account. FIVO does not ask you to upload photos of people, and we do not collect biometric or facial recognition data.
Your images are stored privately in encrypted cloud storage and are reachable only through your signed-in account. Traffic between your device and FIVO is encrypted. The FIVO app uses your device's standard file picker and does not browse or index your photo library — only the images you select are uploaded. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We use third-party service providers for sign-in, cloud storage, AI image processing and payments. They process your data only to provide those services to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes, including training AI models. These services have their own privacy policies.
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request a copy, object to processing, or delete it. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Account → Delete account in the app or on the web. See Data & Account Deletion for details.
FIVO is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. If the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by message before they take effect.
